1. Journal Ownership

JURNAL ILMU KENOTARIATAN (JIK) is owned and managed by the Faculty of Law University of Jember, through a management unit responsible for the publication and development of the journal in accordance with the institutional policies of the University of Jember.

2. Publisher Information

JIK is published by the University of Jember, Indonesia, as part of the institution's commitment to supporting the development of science, research, and scientific publications, particularly in the fields of law and Pancasila.

3. Journal Management

JIK is managed by an editorial team consisting of the editor-in-chief, editors, editorial board, reviewers, and journal administrators. Each member carries out duties and responsibilities according to their respective roles in the manuscript submission process, peer review, editing, and publication of scientific articles.

The editorial team is responsible for maintaining the quality of publications, the objectivity of the editorial process, the independence of publishing decisions, and adherence to scientific publication ethics.
